Indus 嚙齒動物手術(shù)監(jiān)護(hù)儀是一款先進(jìn)的集成式手術(shù)加溫與生命體征監(jiān)測解決方案,適用于小鼠、大鼠及其他小動物的臨床前研究。該平臺為實驗動物提供加熱保溫,實時監(jiān)測心電圖、呼吸、血氧飽和度 (SPO2)、加熱保溫、核心體溫及血壓監(jiān)測(選配)等參數(shù),并以波形和數(shù)值格式顯示。
平臺集成了脈搏血氧傳感器,能夠從嚙齒動物的爪子獲取準(zhǔn)確且穩(wěn)定的血氧飽和度 (SpO2) 讀數(shù),采用超低噪音、高分辨率電子元件、智能分區(qū)加熱以及耐用的ABS塑料手術(shù)臺面,所有操作均通過無線連接的觸摸屏顯示器控制。直觀的界面可輕松記錄并導(dǎo)出生理數(shù)據(jù)。實驗動物可仰臥或俯臥于操作平臺上,可選擇頭部朝向,方便動物手術(shù)實驗。所有參數(shù)設(shè)置通過觸摸顯示屏設(shè)置并實時顯示生理參數(shù)。提高手術(shù)存活率,提高動物實驗的質(zhì)量以確保獲得更好的實驗結(jié)果。
Indus小動物監(jiān)測儀針對嚙齒類動物模型獨特的生理特性和高頻信號特征進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。支持檢測極高的心率和呼吸頻率(分別高達(dá) 999 次/分鐘和 400 次/分鐘)。搭配數(shù)據(jù)輸出連接線可輕松地采集并導(dǎo)出生理信號至生理記錄儀上,用于深入的信號分析。
