Indus 超聲多普勒血流系統(tǒng) (DFVS) 是一項技術(shù)成熟且能夠大幅度消減實驗成本并取代傳統(tǒng)成像技術(shù)的系統(tǒng)。小型手持式探針能夠輕松、穩(wěn)定地測量小動物心臟血液流動情況,成功提高心臟動脈研究效率。
多普勒血流系統(tǒng)采用了高頻多普勒脈沖探測裝置,能通過專業(yè)的集成數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件分析小動物心血管功能狀況。其高采集頻率所帶來的高成像分辨率使得它能夠成為研究小鼠及其他小動物心臟血流速度的理想工具。
該系統(tǒng)由三部分裝置組成: 脈沖多普勒收發(fā)器(PDT: 10 & 20 MHz 可切換雙通道系統(tǒng)),多普勒信號數(shù)字采集器 (DSD),和多普勒工作站軟件 (DW)。
