Overview
High frequency small animal ultrasound system obtains non-invasive images of preclinical animals with resolution up to 30μm. An easy to operate interface with Intelligent touch screen.
Mouse probe center frequency is 40MHz, adjustable from 33MHz to 50MHz. Rat probe center frequency is 25MHz, adjustable from 15 to 25MHz.
S-Sharp Prospect T1 system provide several imaging mode, include: B mode, displays the object under examination, with the gray level representing the intensities of echo signals; M-mode, displays the motion of tissue detected by one line in B-mode over time and is commonly used in the cardiovascular related research; DP mode, Flow velocity measurements based on Doppler effects. Two modes are available (color and power Doppler), where the blood flow information is measured and color-coded; PW mode, observing flow velocity distribution as a function of time at a specific gate; TDI mode, utilizes modifications of blood flow Doppler technology and calculates velocity from frequency shifts in received ultrasound data in a similar manner; CT mode, Offers the ability to image tumor angiogenesis, inflammation, and quantification of micro-vascular structure using contrast agents; Ultrasound Guided Micro-Injection; ARF mode, provides shear wave elasticity imaging. Externally applying an acoustic radiation force induces shear wave insides the tissue. By detecting and the shear wave propagation, tissue mechanical properties such as elasticity and shear wave velocity can be calculated.
S-Sharp Prospect T1 system is a high resolution imaging system, widely used in a lot of preclinical area, include: cardiovascular research, cancer research, developmental biology research, general imaging, ophthalmic imaging, Reproductive Biology Research and so on.
